Deborah Richmond runs the Quilted Turtle online quilt shop. Deborah has been a quilter for over 30 years, and lives in Belmont, Michigan. She opened the Quilted Turtle in 2013. The Quilted Turtle is a website that offers quilters tools. Deborah personally tests and approves each product included in the shop. Deborah is committed to sharing those tools that are designed to help make your quilting easier and faster!
