We are excited to invite you to treat yourself to an unforgettable fun-filled Camp with us at the wonderful Stafford’s Crooked River Lodge in Alanson, MI.

Fall Quilt Camps include three nights lodging & eight meals.

Double: $485.00 (per person)

Single: $709.00

FALL DATES:

#1 Thursday, October 31 — Sunday, November 3. 2024

#2  Monday, November 4 — Thursday, November 7. 2024

#3     Friday. November 8 — Monday, November 11, 2024

#4     Tuesday, November 12 — November 15, 2024

Payments for Fall Quilt Camps are refundable until September 30, 2023.  Absolutely no refunds will be made after September 30, 2023.

LODGING

Check-in on your first day of Camp is at Noon.

Check-out on your last day of Camp is at Noon.

• If you have special requirements or mobility issues, please let me know as soon as possible.
• The swimming pool will be available to us so bring your suit!
• During your stay, the Lodge is open to Quilt Campers only. No other guests will be staying at the Lodge during Camp.

MEALS

If you have special dietary needs, please contact Angie Whitener of Stafford’s directly at (231) 348-6017 to discuss these before you arrive. Special meal requests may be available for lunch & dinner. A special meal charge of $5.00 will apply to these meals. Any dietary requests received less than 10 days prior to arrival may not be able to be accommodated.

QUILT DEMONSTRATIONS

While attending the Camp, I will be demonstrating several great quilting products. You will be able to purchase these items at the retreat.

SEWING STATION ACCOMMODATIONS

• The sewing space will be available to use 24 hours a day! The Lodge provides tables, chairs, lamps, and electrical hookups.
• We will provide cutting and ironing stations. You may wish to bring an extra source of light just in case what is provided is not enough.
• Chairs will be provided. However, if you have a special sewing chair you travel with, you are welcome to bring it with you.
• Make sure to bring your favorite cutting/sewing tools along with your sewing machine and of course, many fun projects to keep you happy!
• PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA TABLES. Due to limited space this year, you will not be able to bring additional sewing tables. We need to have plenty of space for quilters to walk through the sewing areas. Thank you for understanding!

There will be a “Show/Tell” on the last night of your stay. Please plan to attend and share the project(s) you have been working on at the retreat.
